Today I am reviewing the Covergirl outlast stay brilliant nail polish in Pink-finity. These are relatively new to the drugstore; I believe I've had mine since the beginning of the summer. They retail for around $4-6 depending on where you buy it, I found mine at Target and I believe that they aren't limited edition. This shade is this beautiful light, milky, pastel pink and something about the color makes it pop on the nails. People defiantly will notice this color if you wear it on your fingers. It's not your typical soft light baby pink like Essie Fiji , it's a little brighter and more vibrant without being neon. I am so in love with this color but I found that the formula chipped extremely quickly. I find it starts chipping within the first 1-2 days of applying it and I use it with my usual OPI base coat and Seche Vite top coat. I found this very interesting because these nail polishes have a "outlast" claim yet this one was one of the fastest chipping nail polishes I own. When applying it went on fairly smoothly and for being such a light color it was opaque in two coats. Overall I love the color but I and I like the formula in terms of the way it applies but I am not a fan of how quickly it chips. I think it's worth the price if you change your nail polish every 1-2 days like me and I think that this is a beautiful shade to check out but I also think that there are better options out there.
Guys school supplies is my weakness. Here how it has been in target lately-
Me: No you don't need it keep walking keep walking
*two minutes later*
Me: IT'S PINK AND SPARKLY OMG I NEED IT ALL!!
Since I'm going to be a freshman this year I don't know exactly how I am going to organize things until orientation so I will have a whole series of back to school posts including a school supplies haul, school organization, school outfits, and school bag essentials coming up very soon! Until then here is a sneak peak of what I've accumulated.
Who else is SO excited for back to school? Xxx Girl with the Pink Bow
