Things i've been loving..

Good Morning lovelies! Well I suppose it's no longer morning anymore considering it's past noon here in Texas. I have had such a hectic morning but I am finally able to finish this blog post. I thought that summer break meant relaxing by the pool and hanging out with my friends, boy was i wrong! Ever since I got out of school my schedule has been non-stop volleyball. My club team qualified for nationals so our season got extended to the end of this month. On top of that high school volleyball started and I've been doing that from 7-9 AM every day(yes 7 in the morning) and 2 hours of high school conditioning right after. If that sounds exhausting I've had 3 hours of club volleyball practice in the afternoon 3-4 days a week. My life is beginning to look a lot like a volleyball...
Anyways now that my complaining is over I am looking forward to nationals and after nationals so I can begin to have a life again! Lately I have been obsessed with shorts. Well let's just be honest I've always had an obsession with shorts. I will have a post about all the styles I've been loving coming up because my love for shorts is so big it needs its own post. This monogrammed necklace from etsy literally has not left my neck since I got it.
Sorry for the reflection! I took this really quickly at night.

I ordered the 1.5 inch in mirror pink with a gold chain and I am in love. I wear it with all of my other everyday jewelry and it makes the perfect small statement (if there is even such thing as that) to any outfit. The metallic pink is great for me since i wear pink literally everyday (its been my thing since elementary school) and it dresses up my super casual-summer-run around with my friends outfits. Okay this may sound kind of weird but I have been loving using coconut oil as face moisturizer!

I saw this idea on pinterest and decided to try it for myself one night. I have pretty clear, dry skin and coconut oil was perfect to use during the night time. I used it in place of my usual beloved cetaphil cream and completely fell in love! It does take a little while to sink into your skin but I woke up the next morning with glowing, radiant skin. Not to mention coconut oil smells so yummy and summery! If you thought it couldn't get much weirder then coconut oil as a moisturizer, you were wrong because my last favorite is chocolate cake in a kabocha squash.

This is the one I made. HOLY DELICIOUSNESS

Yes you read that correctly. I followed Amanda Clark's recipe on her blog but kind of modified it a little and it tastes AMAZING! Word can not describe how delicious and HEALTHY it is. I make it with clean and healthy ingredients. It's SO rich and delicious! Go check out her recipes and I'll post mine too!

Welcome!

Hi everyone that is reading this! I'm excited to say that I've finally figured out how to create a blog. I've been wanting to make one for the longest time but never had the courage to. I'm just a extremely girly teenage girl dealing with the stress of just being a teenager. I think a little differently than your average teenager though. I love fashion, beauty, health, and fitness! I am a competitive volleyball player and a shopaholic. I plan to post outfits, product reviews, beauty tips, recent purchases, healthy recipes, life advice from experiences, and just posts about what is going on in my life. I'm on a mission to add more happiness, positivity, pink and glitter to my life and I plan to bring all of you guys along the way!

Goodnight beauties!
